Tickets for pep buses for Girls' Basketball Tourney on sale at Crestwood
CRESCO - Students and fans interested in riding on a pep bus to the Girls' State Basketball Tournament on Feb. 27 can reserve their seat by going to the Crestwood High School business office before noon on Friday, Feb. 23. The business office will be open at 8 a.m. on Feb. 21.
The cost to ride the bus is $25, and it includes a ticket to Crestwood's first round game against South Tama at 11:45 a.m. on Feb. 27 at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines. The buses will leave from the Crestwood High School parking lot at 7:30 a.m. on Feb. 27. There will be no school on Feb. 27.
Students and the general public can ride on the bus. Any students who are in sixth grade or under must travel with an adult chaperone. When buying a ticket at the business office, you can let them know if you are chaperoning a student. Tickets are first come, first serve. If the two ordered buses are not filled to cover the costs, the buses will be cancelled.
