No. 9 Crestwood girls' basketball team downs Chickasaws

CRESCO - The No. 9 Crestwood girls' basketball team pulled away from New Hampton late to earn a 45-31 win over the Chickasaws on Feb. 4. The win improved Crestwood's overall record to 12-5. Crestwood will host Union in the first round of the Class 3A Region 3 Tournament on Saturday, Feb. 9, at 7 p.m. at home. The winner will play either New Hampton or Waterloo Columbus on Feb. 13 at 7 p.m. at Crestwood. The region final is scheduled for Feb. 16 at 7 p.m. at Charles City.
