Dean Shatek wins TPD Football Contest

CRESCO -  Dean Shatek of Elma correctly picked 10 of 15 games and was closest in the tie-breaker game to earn first place in the Times Plain Dealer Football Contest for the week of Sept. 27.

Mike Bruess took second place. He picked 10 of 15 games correctly, but he was not as close as Shatek in the tie-breaker game.

For placing first, Shatek will receive $20 in Cresco Chamber Dollars and one free A&W/LJS Combo Meal. For taking second, Bruess will receive one McAllister’s Gift Certificate good for one free buffet.
