Crestwood football team routs Hampton-Dumont, captures district title

HAMPTON - The Crestwood varsity football team raced to a 20-0 halftime lead and sailed to a convincing 41-13 win over Hampton-Dumont on Oct. 12 to clinch the Class 2A District 3 championship for the 2018 season. The win improved Crestwood's district mark to 4-0 and 5-3 overall. The district title is Crestwood's second league championship in three years and fourth district or conference title in school history (1976, 1995, 2016, 2018).
