Don Dietzenbach says, “We got ‘spirits,’ how about you?” The ghost of “Jake . . . from State Farm” is all geared up for RAGBRAI 2017.
The gauntlet has been thrown! The community spirit of State Farm has prompted the Times Plain Dealer to announce a RAGBRAI® “Pedal to the Paranormal” Decorating Contest for businesses and residential properties.
Those wishing to be considered for prizes should contact the TPD, giving the name and address of the adornments. Call 563-547-3601, stop in at 214 N. Elm St. or e-mail tpdeditor@crescotimes.com. The contest will be from June 14-July 19 with judging taking place on Friday, July 21.
