Marching Band receives Div. I

CRESCO - Crestwood Marching Band has been continuing its long record of stellar performances.
On Oct. 8, the group received a Superior Division I, which is the highest rating given. Under the direction of Tia Heien, the band performed in Dubuque, Iowa at Dubuque Senior High School.
The band has 25 members this year and six students in Color Guard, with Instructor Danielle Chihak. 
In addition to Dubuque, the Cadet Marching Band competed twice in Cedar Rapids on Sept. 24. Members received ninth place at the Linn-Mar Marching Band Festival and sixth place at the Marion Marching Invitational.
