Looking for a change for the better?

CRESCO - Rhonda Ruppert is willing to help. The life coach wants to help individuals find their way to a more loving and peaceful way of life.
She invites anyone interested to attend a get-together on Thursday, Dec. 7 from 5:30-6:30 at the Laura Rose Room at Regional Health Services of Howard County, 235 8th St., Cresco. Those participating can have refreshments and enjoy time with friends. There will be a fun activity and a presentation at 6 p.m.
Ruppert’s clients would work with her to unlock the truth that already exists within and discover a path to greater happiness and create an abundance of all a person treasures.
“One of the roles I play as a coach is to help people who are struggling with various aspects of their lives,” she stated. “For example, if you find yourself in conflict with someone, as your life coach, I will provide you with strategies to help you enrich relationships with those important people in your life, whether they are your children, your parents, your spouse, your co-workers or your boss. You will learn what you can do to be in those, or any relationship, with greater ease and fulfillment.”
Ruppert will also assist clients in transitioning from one life stage to their next. Those changes would be a new career, retirement, becoming a parent or any of the phases people go through in their lifetime.
She explained, “Change of any kind invariably brings challenges and perhaps a little fear to us all.” She will help you embrace that fear.
Ruppert will give clients a different perspective on situations in their lives and give advice on coping strategies. She adds, “It is often simply about a new perspective.”
All sessions are completely confidential. The first session is free. To make an appointment, call Rhonda Ruppert at 641-220-3465.
