Cresco - On Thursday, March 9, the Crestwood High School Symphonic Band will perform its annual “Music In Our School’s Month Midwinter Concert.”
The program will include medley music from the blockbuster movie “Robin Hood, Prince of Thieves,” a beautiful piece “Come Thou Font of Every Blessing,” Scott Joplin’s “The Entertainer,” a piece titled “Dinosaurs” that utilizes unique sounds of ancient reptiles and a high-powered piece, “Heartbeat Five” by Gary Gilroy.
The winners of the Band Raffle fundraiser will also be posted and announced.
The 7:30 pm concert will be held at the Crestwood High school auditorium. Bring the whole family! There will be something for everyone.
The concert is free and open to the public.
