Chester - Start your Christmas shopping early by attending the annual Fall Festival in Chester at the Community Center. It takes place on Saturday, Oct. 13 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., which is when the vendor show, with 20-plus participants, is taking place.
A salad luncheon is taking place from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
