Pamela Marie Becker was born on August 27, 1948, daughter of Leander and Geneva (Huber) Becker in Decorah, Iowa. She graduated with the class of 1966 from Cresco Notre Dame High School. Throughout the next few years, she attended the University of Wisconsin; eventually graduating with a Degree in Business Administration.
