CRESCO - It’s that time of year again . . . time to honor those individuals, couples, organizations or educators who have made a difference in Howard County or the communities in which they reside.
All of the awards will fall under the title “Hall of Fame.”
• The Times will honor an Educator of the Year. This is a broad classification, allowing for teachers and administrators inside and outside the classroom setting.
• Citizen(s) of the Year was started in 2002 and will include nominees who have gone above and beyond volunteering in the past year(s).
• The Organization of the Year, which began 12 years ago in 2011 will recognize how a group of individuals can come together to make a difference in their community or county.
