Get to know your camera

Cresco - Northeast Iowa Community College (NICC) Business and Community Solutions is offering the two-session class “Get to Know Your DSLR Camera” (#54290) on Tuesdays, March 8 and 15 from 6-7:30 p.m. at the NICC Cresco Center, 1020  2nd Avenue SE.

For community members who have moved up to using a DSLR (Digital Single-Lens Reflex) camera but still are using only the auto setting, it’s time to get into the manual mode and take some real photos! 

Once participants learn to use manual settings based on variables like distance, light, movement, etc., the resulting photo quality will improve immediately and the difference between a basic point and shoot camera and the DSLR will be appreciated.
