The biggest little dealership around

CRESCO - It is always nice to be recognized for a job well done, but it is even more satisfying when a person, organization or business is acknowledged by its peers.
Camp-Site RV has been fortunate enough to be recognized not once, but twice in national industry publications in the last seven years.  The first time was in the RV Pro Magazine in 2010 and most recently in December 2016 by RV News Magazine.
Ryan McCarville, sales, said, “They called us because they wanted to do a story on a small-town dealer that plays a big part in the RV industry.”
Both articles focused on how the small-town business carries a large number of sizes, types, and brands of RV’s as well as 50,000-plus parts in stock.  All of that is well and good, but customer service is probably the biggest reason the company is so successful.
Clients who have been treated right will tell their friends and neighbors, making word of mouth advertising one of the business’ greatest assets.
In addition, Camp-Site RV is very involved in keeping up its online visibility; this is how they have been able to sell parts and campers all over the world including Qatar, Newfoundland, Germany, Puerto Rico, Australia and across the United States.
After the name is out there, it just makes sense Camp-Site RV has become a destination for many RVers across the United States.
It may seem like it’s in the middle of nowhere, but in reality, all roads lead to Camp-Site RV.  It sits right along Highway 9 west and within an hour or so of Interstates 90 and 35, making it easily accessible for any trip across the United States.
Camp-Site RV started out with 4 pop-up campers on their lot in 1992, to over 250 in 2017, and growing to be one of the largest dealers in the Midwest.
In addition to sales and parts, Camp-Site RV is very well known for their 9-bay service center with technicians who are experts at servicing, repairing and installing additional features on the units.  They also have experience in building custom living quarters in horse trailers and race trailers.  They have had the opportunity to tackle a few different custom jobs, but most recently they transformed a trailer into a portable veterinarian’s office, with countertops, refrigerator, and other office essentials.
The business is owned by Steve McCarville and his brother-in-law, Tom Kubik.  McCarville’s three sons, Ryan, Kelly, and Kyle, as well as Kubik’s two daughters, Heather and Kayla all work at the business.
The family doesn’t just talk the talk, they walk the walk.  Ryan noted they go camping 7-8 times a year.  “A lot of times we stay local, like at Vernon, because we work Saturdays.  Even though we work together every day, we still enjoy family camping trips on the weekends.”
To learn more about Camp-Site RV, go to their website at www.campsiterv.com or plan to attend its annual open house on April 7-8 from 8 a.m.-5 p.m.  There will be sales, refreshments, door prizes, and an RV trolley for the kids.  Check out new 2017 floor plans and tour some of the 250-plus RVs on display.
