Some of Iowa’s most highly regarded high school and college wrestlers and coaches were on hand for the induction of four members to the Iowa Wrestling Hall of Fame.

    The 39th annual Iowa Wrestling hall of Fame induction banquet was held Monday night, April 14, at the Cresco Country Club.
Morningstar of Lisbon, Randall of Mt. Vernon and Schwab of Osage were all four-time Iowa high school state wrestling champions. Evans of Waterloo worked for over 40 years as a sports reporter and sports editor for the Waterloo Courier, covering the state wrestling tournament from 1966 to 2006.
