Turkey Valley boys' basketball team downs Kee in district tournament

JACKSON JUNCTION - The Turkey Valley boys' basketball team finished the game strong to earn a 60-52 win over Lansing Kee in the first round of the Class 1A Substate 3 District 6 Tournament on Feb. 15 at home. The score was tied at 43-all after three periods before the Trojans went on 17-9 run in the fourth. The Trojans will face Ed-Co in the district semifinals on Feb. 18 at 7 p.m at Ed-Co. Statistics from the game against Lansing Kee will be in the Feb. 24 Times Plain Dealer.
