Turkey Valley boy cagers edge Janesville to win district, one win away from State

NEW HAMPTON - The Turkey Valley boys' basketball team held off a late charge by Janesville to earn a 42-37 win over the Wildcats in the Class 1A District 4 Final on Feb. 27. The win allows the Trojans (22-3) to advance to the Substate Final against Lake Mills (22-2) on Feb. 29 at 7 p.m. in Charles City.
