Four Cadet girls earn NEIC softball honors, Foster named All-District

CRESCO - Four Crestwood softball players earned All-Northeast Iowa Conference honors for the 2022 season.
Senior pitcher Kyleigh Foster and junior infielder Olivia Ollendick were both named to the First Team. Sophomore catcher Nevaeh Howe and senior outfielder Emily Voyna were selected to the Second Team. Foster was also named to the Class 3A All-District Softball Team.
Foster led the Cadets in batting average (.436), on-base percentage (.511), slugging percentage (.654), total bases (51) and total hits (34).
Ollendick led the team with 22 runs scored and 15 stolen bases. She also posted 10 RBIs, had a .338 batting average, a .420 on-base percentage and a slugging average of .364.
Howe led the squad with 15 RBIs and was hit by a pitch 13 times. She also had a .284 batting average and a .435 on-base percentage. Voyna had a .333 batting average, posted 22 hits, including five doubles and had 13 RBIs.
