Enloe wins football contest

CRESCO - JoAnn Enloe of Elma correctly picked 12 of 15 games to earn first place in the Times Plain Dealer Football Contest for the week of Oct. 4.

Chuck Bruess of Cresco took second place by picking 11 of 15 games correctly and was closest in the tie-breaker game.

For placing first, Enloe will receive $20 in Cresco Dollars and one free A&W Cresco Combo Meal. The games Enloe missed were: New Hampton over Crestwood, Marion over Decorah and LSU over Missouri.

For placing second, Bruess will receive a McAllister’s Gift Certificate. Games Bruess missed were: New Hampton over Crestwood, Oklahoma over Texas, Iowa State over TCU and Indianapolis over Tennessee.
