Crestwood boys' basketball team tallies three wins

CRESCO - It was a great week for the Crestwood varsity boys’ basketball team as the Cadets tallied three wins in three days to improve to 5-0 overall.
Crestwood bounced South Winn, 64-50, in Calmar on Dec. 8. Facing Waukon at home on Dec. 9, the Cadets defeated the Indians, 67-58. Playing St. Charles, Minn., in Decorah on Dec. 10, Crestwood had a good shooting night during a 73-61 victory.
The Cadets will host Charles City on Friday, Dec. 16. During halftime of the varsity game, members of Crestwood’s 2003-04 State Runner-Up team will be honored.
