LEWISVILLE, Texas - Richard L. “Dick” Teach, 83, formerly of Cresco, Iowa died April 20, 2017 in Lewisville, Texas.
A memorial service will be held at a later date at the LeRoy Cemetery in LeRoy, Minn.
He owned and operated a Phillips 66 gas station in Cresco and a Conoco gas station in Riceville, Iowa. Dick also worked at People’s Natural Gas in Cresco and for Kone Elevator Trade and retired there after many years.
He is survived by two sons, Douglas Teach of Virginia and Del Teach of Texas; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Caroline Teach; his parents, Mabel and Elmer Teach; daughter, Brenda Lee Teach; granddaughter, Megan Theresa Teach; and a sister, Arlene Teach Bendit.
