Ridgeway’s Fireman’s Inn offers pizza, prime rib, more in family atmosphere

RIDGEWAY - If you are looking for delicious pizza, prime rib, cod, Jambalaya, drinks and more, look no further than The Fireman’s Inn Bar and Grill in Ridgeway.
Located at 660 County Street in Ridgeway, owner Keri Felke said The Fireman’s Inn staff is family and that they all work together to create an inviting and fun atmosphere for their customers.
“Adam Carson and Brenda Pecinovsky are kind of the glue that holds us all together.  I wouldn’t be able to do this without them.  We have an amazing staff in both the front and back of the house.  We work very well together and the greatest thing about our family is we have fun every day.” Felke said.
The Fireman’s Inn offers a wide variety of food and drinks to suit any taste. They are well known for their pizza selection, which includes flavor combinations such as Bacon Cheeseburger, Hawaiian, Taco, Veggie, Fireman’s Favorite (sausage, pepperoni and cheese), and Chicken Bacon Ranch, just to name a few.
The Fireman’s Inn features a variety of different meal options.
“We offer a Prime Rib dinner every second Saturday of the month and the day after (second Sunday) we serve a Shaved Prime Rib breakfast,” Felke said. “We offer a Cod dinner every Friday and feature a different special on Saturday nights, such as Mongolian Beef, Jambalaya and Stuffed Shells, among other entrees.  Of course, we serve a lot of pizza, too.”
Felke said that they are currently working on a new menu.
“We will be adding a few new items and a couple of new pizzas,” she said.
As the COVID-19 virus continues to challenge businesses, Felke credits community support for helping The Fireman’s Inn remain a vibrant dining location.
“We are so thankful for the support we have received from the citizens of Ridgeway and the surrounding communities.  We wouldn’t be here without these people, Felke said. “We have done our best with the changes we have had to make.  We are open for dine- in and we do a lot more takeout orders than before.  We also have a patio that seats 24.  A lot of people do enjoy dining on the patio,” she said.
The Fireman’s Inn kitchen hours are Thursday through Sunday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Mondays 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
