Carrie Rassman of Protivin, pictured, is the winner of a new bike. Rassman was awarded the bike after she won a poster contest sponsored by Howard County EMS in honor of EMS week. Colleen Peckham and Ron Pecinovsky are also pictured.
    Other contest winners were Whitney Carpenter from Lime Springs, Jessica McGee from Notre Dame Catholic School, Jayden Burke of Elma and Kaylee Nicoll and Emily Sickles, both from Crestwood Elementary. The poster contest was for all fourth graders attending school in the Howard-Winneshiek School District. Cresco Bicycles sponsored the bike along with EMS.
