L & L Apartments purchases former Spahn & Rose building

Cresco, Iowa -
L & L Apartments recently purchased the property on the north side of Highway 9 formerly owned by Spahn & Rose Lumber.
L & L has apartments located adjacent to the property, but will not be expanding with more apartments at the newly acquired site.
The intent of the purchase is to insure a compatible environment for the existing apartments by offering it for resale to appropriate buyers such as professional businesses and shops, according to the Board of L & L Apartments.
