Raymond and Ruth Langreck of Cresco celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on Saturday, April 5 with a family gathering.
    Ruth Heying of Festina and Raymond Langreck of St. Lucas  were married at Our Lady of Seven Dolors Church in Festina on April 1, 1948. They moved to Cresco in 1949.
    They are the parents of 11 children: Linda (Bob) Henson of Clive, Gary (Janel) Langreck of Cresco, John Langreck of Cresco, Ken (Colleen) Langreck of Marengo, Diane (Dan) McGrain of Council Bluffs, Donna (Jeff) Jones of Ankeny, Deb (Glen) McIntire of Clear Lake, Dar (John) Skoda of Cresco, Dennis (Beth) Langreck of Lime Springs, Ron (Julie) Langreck of Cresco, and Rick Langreck of Cresco.
    The couple has 34 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
